      Hi,
I tried to update my site (http://www.strategies.ufg.at) to the new version, after which the whole page - both dashboard and website went blank.
I managed to reactivate the old version of the theme (2.4.1), but now have the following problems:

      • all permalinks are broken, e.g. I can't see any content on the side other than the menu. Clicking on the menu produces a 404 error. I went through all the steps of "repair broken permalinks": Setting the permalinks to plain format, the links actually work again, but do not display the image content. Setting back to custom permalink structure, links stop working. I also accessed and edited the .htaccess file as suggested. (https://fancythemes.com/fix-broken-permalinks-wordpress/) - nothing changed. I also disabled all plugins, without any changes.

      • the new version still produces a blank page

I'm thankful for any tips you might have to get the page back up and running!

          Before you post

Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.

          1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
          2. Disable all Plugins
          3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
          4. Now see if your problem solved itself
          5. Go here, see if your problem is listed here:
          Troubleshooting

          When you post:
          1. Post a link to where the problem is
          2. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it

          Thanks!
