My phone layout doesn't show on the phone

I've created a phone layout for my website, that's been activated in lay options. I can see the phone layout in my browser, but when the website is shown on the phone, it haven't changed into the responsive version?

I see the problem.

Maybe it is related that your webhost puts the whole website into an iframe.
I never saw that before.

Can you not make a normal Wordpress installation?
