    I know people asked for this before here. But since it seems to be such an obvious thing to have and the thread is already a bit older, I ask again:

    Is there a way to have the carousel in fullscreen, so that the pics are full bleed in any browser dimension.

    I would also be fine with a workaround. But this one here I don't understand / or it doesn't do it for me?: http://laythemeforum.com:4567/topic/1369/fullscreen-carousel-doubt/2

    Thank you so much. Viva Lay!

    BEN

      Dear @doorofperception
      there is no other way until now.
      The solution in the link should work. What exactly does not work?

      Best!

        well maybe i'm not fully understanding the parameters here, but when i use the code bit like you shared in this other thread, the picture is zoomed in way too much...

        how to "play around with it"? :)

          suddenly the solution came to me!

          why don't i use the fullscreen slider instead to achieve a fullscreen slideshow... all perfect BUT there's no way to make it autoplay. so it seems there's no way.

          please consider this for a future update. seems like something pretty basic to me.

            Dear @doorofperception
            yes. Of course the picture is zoomed in. It wants to cover the full page.
            If you want to change that you can use object-fit: contain;

            Hope that helps!

            Best!

              thank you marius!
              that's already better, but still not really doing what i need.

              the carousel should fill the whole window no matter what dimension.
              and it should be impossible to scroll.

              like on this project i did long time ago: http://sinavelke.com/beauty/

                Dear @doorofperception
                you can achieve the full dimension by using height: 100vh; and width: 100vw;
                the the whole screen should be filled.
                Can you post a link to your website?
