Menus + Function making page scroll 'automatically'

Hi there,
First of all sorry if my question sounds dumb, I'm a beginner...Here's a link to a (great) website built with laytheme.
http://joaodrumond.com/I'd like to have informations about the menus, more precisely the function making the page scroll down or up 'automatically.'
ā How is this function called in web design 'slang'?
ā How to implement it in laytheme? Is there some documentation about it?Thanks in advance for your help.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
