customize settings lost after moving

Hi!
I could manage to move my website, but I have a problem now.
On my dashboard, everything is good, but when I see the website is empty. I looked for the pa_icon line but I don't have it.
This is my web: http://www.diegovalle.es. The thing is if you go to sub pages, it looks like this http://www.diegovalle.es/about. It also lost the colours.Any idea about it?

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
