Page does not appear when entering directly

Hey there,
I have a page on my website called 'downloads'. When I enter it through the menu it appears just fine but whenever I want to enter it from an external link it does not get displayed.
Does anybody know how to fix this?The website is: https://wild-core.net/

I thought it could have something to do with putting or leaving out the "/" at the end, but with other subpages it works just fine either way.
Would be very grateful for a hint.

you probably have a page or project with the same name.
you could delete the page you don't need

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
