multiline text in mobile menu title

hey guys,
I'm just setting up a new website and stumbled upon this issue:
in the mobile menu, my multiline site title looses the formatting of the desktop version, that means the site title text is displayed without line breaks.
any ideas to solve this issue?

nice idea, but this seems to be only working in the preview of the customizer.
In Safari or FF browser "</br>" shows as real text in the sitle title with no effect.Anyway, I'll go with the version without line breaks for now.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
