How to integrate online shops to the Lay theme? Woocommerce is not working
-
Hi,
I've been trying to create a shop page to my website with Woocommerce but also just read that it's not compatible with the Lay theme. Does anyone know a good plugin to create my online shop as a page on my website with Lay?
Thank you

A Gumroad button could also be an option.

@mariusjopen thank you! but is there a more complete plugin that provides tax, inventory and shipping calculation?

You actually can do this with gumroad.
The whole checkout would either be in an overlay or on their site though. Which ( imho) isn’t a bad thing. Here’s a more in depth read → Gumroad EmbedJust like it’s done over here on the

Hi,
there is also the option of Ninja forms (stripe, paypal) with addons. Works quite well. (with conditional formatting you can easily build a shopping cart)

@mariusjopen Hello, just wondering if I can integrate my Shopify like the video attached below or will it break my site?

Ehat about the woocommerce integration, you said it is coming is it this year? I guess you did most of the work already by rewriting the theme in php, can you maybe be a bit more accurate and tell us when could you make the woocommerce integration? A month a year a decade? Cheers.

Dear @Lloyd
do a backup before. But normally you can deactivate what you did as well…Dear @lortnok
we understand that some people might feel confused because the WooCommerce integration did not yet come. but we are a small team and we do our best to improve LayTheme step by step. We hope to integrate it this year.
Best!

any news regarding an estimated time for woocommerce integration on laythme?
I don't answer or check forum DMs, please just post on the forum.
Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
Now see if your problem solved itself.
