Dear Santa!
One year passed away. And already three years since the first request. What do you think? Is this still on your to-do-list?
Anyway, thanks for everything!

I don’t think this is a feature that should be integrated into Lay.
It’s better if the focus stays on the core idea to make a theme with all the relevant features to create a good base for a flexible portfolio in all it’s variations.
But it’s something you easily could add with a plugin.
Hope that heps!
Well, thanks for replying! And also thanks for suggesting this plugin.
Already a year ago I found and tried it. Unfortunenately without success. So I tried again five minuts ago. Still without success. Do you use it to encode your addresses? And can you help setting it up correctly?
Cheers!
I’m not using this. I’m not using any plugins to encode my contacts.
In terms of email spam it’s the job of the providers to help you out. In my case that works totally fine, I very rarely get spam mails. If your phone number gets used by dubious callers → block them.
That’s how I go about this. Been talking about these things with a friend years ago, who is a developer. He said:
«If some bot really wants your mail adress it will get it. If you are in Germany your contacts need to be accessible via whois requests anyway.»
It’s a bit like HTML email sigantures. You can put all the time and effort in to make it look cool but in the end it’s better to chill, use simple plain text and focus your creative energy onto something more meaningful.
