Carousel images appear when loading the front page

Hello,
I' would know if is possible to change the default effect in the appearing of the image in my front page.Desktop version: The image appear later than the texts with still a fade effect, even if I set up "no transition" in the option. Is it possible to make appear the image at the same time of the texts and without fade?
Mobile version: Same problem but in addiction there's still the default effect movement of the image from right to left, which I made disappear in the desktop version.
Can someone help me? Thanks in advance!

No I have no other plugs in and I'm not using coding, what you suggest?
Now I fixed in both devices the "movement from right to left" but the image still appear later than the textsLet me know,

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
