Intro doesn't hide after defined duration

Hi Armin,
I’m just setting up a website for a friend of mine and encountered an issue regarding the intro option. I set a duration for hiding but it won't hide anyways (screenshot attached).
Did I do something wrong? Would you mind take a look?

thank you! I remember that we had a similar issue once.
Depending on the selected options, the cover image behaved weirdly.We will have a look and test it!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
