Hamburger Menú on desktop

Is it possible to implement a Hamburger Menú as this one? https://whthrs.com
Even not being a hamburger icon, but I am referring to that way of displaying a menu.Also, if any of you guys know any way to implement it with shortcode or something me and many others would appreciate it :)

you could use CUSTOM CSS to style the menu like this. You could open and close it by clicking on an element. This element makes the styled menu visible with jQuery.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
