thumb project title text format doesn't work?

hi there,
When I go to customize > Project Thumbnails > Project Title and set the text format it doesn't really change the font size as I defined it in the text format setting for mobile, tablet and desktop. Right now the size of the titles are too small on mobile. I have no idea how to share my website sry, because the coming soon mode is on.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
