Have the Site Tagline show on Mobile

Hey you all,
is there any way I can have the Site Title also displayed on the mobile site?
Since it's the Subtitle of the Project the Site is about i'ts absolutely necessary to have it not disappear on mobile.I already tried using a two line site title, wich does not work since on mobile it would ignore the paragraph, and already looked through different posts in the forum (like http://laythemeforum.com:4567/topic/3643/tagline-for-mobile) -> not answered.
I've also put
.tagline {
display: block !important;
}in my custom css which unfortunately does not do the trick…

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
