Customize page dosn't load up ?

When I open the page "customize" it's just say loading on the top bar... but nothing show up ?
same thing in safari and chrome. It was working on my localhost with mamp, but online it dosn't work.Any idea how to fix this ?
I already have remove and install the plugin.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
