Block scroll down

I've been searching for information in the search engine and I haven't found any answer, so sorry if it's already answered.

I want to lock the mouse scroll down, that only the carrousel can be visualized and to go down to the bottom of the page it can only be done if the "Info" button is pressed.

you could try something like this. But this probably has other disadvantages.

body {
    height: 100vh;
    overflow-y: hidden;
}
