Two versions of your website?

Hi,
I'm nearly done with my Website, where every text is in German. I want in my menu to have an icon or something, that I can click and have the whole website in English.
Does anybody know if I can copy my complete website and then change the texts to English? -

Hey Thanks so much! Maybe I wasn't clear. I'm not looking to get my texts translated. I wanted to know if I can copy my whole website and incorporate the second one (where I change my texts into English) to my menu.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
