Slide in home page (very simple problem)

Hi,
Apologies in advance, as I'm guessing this is very simple and probably very obvious...
however I can't seem to find how exactly to make this style home page work:http://television-magazine.com/services
http://www.florianrougeron.com/I presumed it was something to do with the full-screen slider (?) but that doesn't seem to do it?

no fullscreen-slider needed.- Cover feature which scrolls on click (that is an option in LayTheme)
- Just rows with a height of the browser-height.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
