Special scroll

When I use browser height for row height and then scroll down, the scrolling down is automatically going down to the next section, there no "in-between" scrolling.
I created projects in matias.talineiman.com and suddenly that started to happen by itself, and I liked it. But then I took out the Lightbox addon and this stopped happening. Now I enabled Lightbox again but that kind of scrolling down is not appearing.
Do you have a solution for this?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
