Main page is not interactive

Hi,
The images on the main page are not clickable for the first time site visitors.
But when they come to about page then go to the main page it works.
It's been happening on and off but usually, the problem went away after the theme update. This is the first time that I have the latest version and had this issue.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
