Edit Mobile Version individually

Hi all
I remember there was a little icon the right corner where I could edit the mobile and dekstop version individually.
. Could you please help me to activate this two options again? (I don't mean the Customize section).

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
