Disable dashboard Welcome

Hello,
is it possible to disable this message from the dashboard?
I'm working on a little page for students -> they will be able to login to the dashboard as contributors and I'd like to disable this screen / give an alternative message.
Would this be possible?Thanks in advance

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
