Multilanguage problem with home page (Polylang)

Hello. I know that you are not officially support the "Polylang"-plugin I will try to solve my problem here anyway. I use "Polylang" to translate my LayTheme-website and it works perfectly only for the home page. The home page always displays the German page.
For example: when I navigate to the english page "Projects" it works perfectly and I can switch between DE and EN. But when I am on "Projects" and click the logo on the left it will navigate to "http://jardinsdespilotes.com/en" but display the German page.
Any idea what might be the problem?

Marius@mariusjopen I have solved this problem with the help of the "Polylang" support team. So if anybody wants to use "Polylang" with "LayTheme" to the full extend you can hit me up to get the solution. It might be a bit too individual to post it here but it is fairly easy. Most functionality works out of the box and "Polylang" is a cool plugin for translations!

It might be a bit too individual to post it here but it is fairly easy. Most functionality works out of the box and "Polylang" is a cool plugin for translations!

Hi @ArneRobot, I use the laytheme also with the polylang plugin. I am not sure whether it is working properly as I have to rebuild each page after I hit the + (create a translation) button. Did you also have to put each picture, text box by hand again and then from there translate it on your own?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
