Footer layout on mobile issues

Hey Amin, the footer on my site is always stacked in mobile and I want it to be like I have it set up on desktop. I saw in the thread I'm linking above that you created a custom phone layout for this issue. It was old so I'm not sure if it would still work... or am I just missing something with a simple fix?

I am also having other issues regarding layout on mobile, like you can see in the screenshots I'm attaching.!
Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
