cant save font changings in webfont or textformat section

hey,
i'm trying to change the webfont and some settings in the textformat-section, but i cant save them.
whenever i'm clicking on the save-button, it saves a file named "options.php" to the computer and laytheme doesnt save the settings in the theme.tested it on mac and windows, and chrome and firefox, but the problem remains.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
