Unable to Add Banner in the WordPress

Hi Guys,
I've tried multiple banner/ads plugins such as Custom Banners & Useful Banner Manager to add banner at the top of my website http://www.explainervideocost.com but it doesn't seem to be working on the front-end if you check.
Any Suggestion on Banner Plugins that will work on my website would be much appreciated.

hey, your website does not seem to be made with lay theme.
the name of your theme seems to be "sensible-wp"
plugins that use shortcodes don't work for lay theme at the moment

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
