Oh, theres no way to do this with options in lay theme :(

but u can use CSS. put it in lay options -> custom css & html -> custom css

.img{
    display: flex;
    flex-direction: column;
}
.img .caption{
  order: -1;
  margin-bottom: 5px;
}
.img img{
    top: auto!important;
    bottom: 0;
}

Please learn css a little bit :D
