web site disappears

- Every time an update is set by you, my website disappears: only one blank page is visible. LAY is then displayed in wordpress under themes with the note "false". Each time I need to delete and reinstall LAYTheme until the same procedure is required before the next update. And that's been quite often in recent times :-((
- I can't reinstall "carousel". When I try, a message comes: The destination folder already exists.. Plugin installation failed.
However, "plugins" indicate, that there are no available Plugins.

maybe some file permission settings aren't correct :/
in your ftp go to wp-content/pluginsin there delete the folder laytheme-carousel
then re-install the carousel addonunfortunately i couldn't find anything related to this via google
please send your ftp server and login details, website address and /wp-admin/ login and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com and i will try to see why this could happen

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
