Image as "scroll to top" button not functioning since update

Using image as "scroll to top" button is not functioning with update. This could be unique to laytheme lightbox plug in. I am using that and image pops up in lightbox instead of acting as button. Please advise.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
