Image hover when passing (mouse) on text/ links

Hey there!
This is my first time here at the forum and i'm really looking to find how to do the image hover passing on text links.
I'm not that experienced with the code language, specially in java that i do not know nothing and i guess will be the only way for now. I wanted to know if is possible anyone can help me with this.I'm still working on my website/portfolio, but i wanted to share also where i want to use it to be more understandable: Here it is — http://dannyfaria.com/home-3

Try this to fix issues before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
5. Go here, see if your problem is listed here:
Troubleshooting
When you post:
1. Post a link to where the problem is
2. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
