Featured image social media link

Update:
I just worked with ACF and set a _thumbnail_id field, to show images in categories(taxonomy) and sites. In the backend it works and the field appears in categories and sites, but when I did a check, just the site transfers the image I set in the link. The categories are still without a featured image.

Help is appreciated :)

ACF is not yet supported by Lay Theme.
We sadly cannot offer help for your problem.

Maybe you find a different solution to achieve what you want.
