Anchor on mobile

hello people,

i'm using anchors on a page. the links are on top, to jump to a place on the same page.

it works on desktop, but not on mobile.
what's the problem?

i'm doing it like this:
i gave the images ids and i link to them like that http://practice.de/teacher#dana

it works for me on mobile.
But the names are too close to each other so it is difficult to click.
