Installation failed, wordpress coulnd not find any plugins in lay.zip

I have a problem when uploading the lay.zip , wordpress says:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.Other plugins work fine
What can I do to resolve this? -

LayTheme is a theme and not a plugin.
Upload it as a theme.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
