Videos not playing or showing on mobile devices

Autoplay mp4 videos, fine on desktop, (including mobile layout) but show empty squares on mobile devices.

I had a look on my phone and desktop and I can see all the video and images. Do you still have the issue?

Did you check on an iOS mobile device on Safari? I've just checked Safari on Desktop too, and the videos aren't showing here either: https://monosnap.com/file/sSgOCfKXd5YQGjP82gQfX6mwQSA90j

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
