Menu elements do not appear on mouseover on top page

Ciao Armin,
I'm working on a friend's website (www.margheritaraso.com/home) and I'm experiencing this minor issue related to the hiding menu option. When scrolling down, as expected, the title, the menu, and the menu's bar disappear, but when moving the cursor to the top of the page, only the title and the bar came back are visible. What could make this happen?Thank you in advance for your help!

you might need to set the menu points as well for this in the CUSTOMIZER.
If this does not work. It might be a bug.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
