Links in arrows in projects for navigation

Hi there,
not all the links in arrows in projects for navigation do link/show properly.
Here the arrows don't show up (also the link referrs to the page itself)

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
