Internal Server Error when updating pages
-
Every time I try and update content on my pages, I'm getting an Internal Server Error. I've been onto my hosting account and everything is fine their end. If I disable the theme I'm able to make updates and I've checked that I'm running on the latest version...any reason this would be happening?

Dear @purdy19
Is it possible to post a link to your website or maybe i am assuming correctly that you have disabled Lay Theme for the time being to work further?
Do you have Third-party plugins installed that when de-activated allow Lay Theme to operate?
Best Wishes

Dear @purdy19
I wanted to follow up and Apologise if my suggestion didn't help you find a solution.
If de-activating any third-party-plugins and temporarily removing any Custom CSS,HTML, & JS additions does not isolate the problem
Then please can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?
And we will take a deeper look.Thank you for you Patience, For using Lay Theme and for being Awesome :)
Sincerely
Richard
Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
Now see if your problem solved itself.
Go here, see if your problem is listed here:
Troubleshooting
When you post:
1. Post a link to where the problem is
2. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
I don't answer or check forum DMs, please just post on the forum.
