Video in Background moves around

Hello,

I am having a problem with my background video.

I would like to have it all over the page (behind the menu and also on the left side and bottom).
Im nit sure how to change that.

In Safari the video wanders around when I am moving my mouse. Which I also would like to change. In Chrome it doesn't move, but its still not under the menu and you see a white part on the left side.

I think its not only the problem for the video in the background rather than the format oft my of my website is to big for the browser as my website moves on other sides aswell. I tried to find an option in the settings but am kind of lost.

I checked my website on Chrome. Its not moving there (to the left and right) , but it cuts on the right side a part of.
