Showing bullets and captions

Hi I was planning to show bullets and captions (as two separated stacked lines), but at the last moment I discovered that these 2 ain't going together.
I'm wondering if there is a fix\hack that I can apply to unlock this coexistence?

The carousel allows us to have either bullets or captions, not both.
I would like to have them both like in the attached illustration:

Is it possible at least to make the bullets clickable?
right now, nothing happens when I click on them and they're functioning as slide count indication only.

Or maybe it's connected to these warnings?

Yes the Buttons should be clickable, even with "devtools" error i am still able to click,

Do you have any Custom CSS or JS code that may be interfering with the Carousel, that when temporarily removed allows you to click?

Do you have any third-party plugins that when de-activated, allow you to click the Bullet points?

Are both the Theme and the Theme's Addon's along with Wordpress all up to date?

Could a page with carousel and bullet points on your website be created as to inspect as i see you have changed to numbers & captions :)

Let me know as could be a bug and would be great to get it under control.
