Carousel captions disappearing

Dear Laytheme team,
After a recent update of either laytheme or plugin, the captions on my carousel seem to be buggy. On the first slide, the caption shows as it's supposed to. However, after clicking through the carousel, the captions disappear for all following slides.
Can you please help?

the new update fixes the problem

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
