How to achieve this layout?

I came across this site built with lay and I can't figure out how to achieve this sort of gallery layout where you click through like this:

I guess you can use the carousel addon and toggle off the arrows.

thank you, but I don't think it will be the same effect:

What I basically want to build is a gallery where you can layout the grid of the visible page and then click to get to the next layout and be able to design every page of that carousel, if you know what I mean?

I am quite sure they are using the fullscreen slider and not the Carousel, giving them the ability to have their desired layout :)

thank you, I tried it with the full screen slider but one thing is not the same, because when you click through it has either the sliding or fading effect and I would like to have no effect upon clicking which you cannot toggle in the fullscreen slider options:

Do you know if there is a way to get rid of the effect?

Make sure that in the settings the slider effect is set to Fade, then please let me know if this works:
