Image Hover Addon not working properly.

Image Hover Addon : Set Hover Image button doesn´t appear in the link modal. How can I fix this, any suggestions ?

Could you please post a link to your website?

Additionally as a first step of de-bugging:

Do you have any third-party plugins installed that when de-activated remove the problem?

Are Wordpress, Lay Theme and Lay Theme's plugin's all up to date?

Do you have any Custom HTML,CSS or JS that when temporarily removed solves the issue.

Thank you Richard, de-bugging process done, still doesn't work.
I haven't set up the linked texts, but when I tried with other sample texts, the option doesn't appear yet.

Let me know if you have any recommendations.
