Medias / images not displaying

When uploading medias (images / videos), I can't see it on the website, neither on the 'Edit Page' and 'Media' and on 'Preview'. Same for favicon. This occurr with all images that I upload.
I tried to login via Chrome (86.0.4240.111) and Firefox (81.0.2) on Macbook pro Catalina.
I checked already:
- Permalinks
- Rights on FTP
- Plugin (I tried to disable the 'password protected' plugin, that doesn't change anything)
- contacted the hosting provider

Excuse me if i am wrong, but i am assuming that you have seen the troubleshooting page on the Lay Theme website:
https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html#empty-media-library
If that provides no change for your issue:
Do you have any third-party plugins that when deactivated temporarily resolve the issue?
Are Wordpress, Lay Theme and Lay Theme's plugins up to date and in-sync with each other?
do you have any custom code: HTML, CSS Javascript that when temporarily removed changes your issue.
If none of these options provide any help for you, could you please send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
