    Hey everyone,

    I am experiencing issues with my fullscreen slider and it's a bit tricky to communicate the problem:

    I have created the slider in my homepage as an overview and I have implemented a css code to remove the fading effect which works fine, although I experience issues when I click through (or use the arrow keys) that it sometimes does not jump to the next slide. It occurs totally randomly and does not follow a certain pattern that's why it's a bit hard to explain but you can view it here when you try to click through multiple times.

    I appreciate any help.

    thanks a lot in advance, best
    max

      Dear Max @maxmanavi

      Could you post the custom CSS that you were using, Does temporarily removing it solve the issue?

      Some first common steps if you will:

      • Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date?
      • Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
      • And third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

      And will try to get this Bug sorted out as soon as possible

      Sincerely
      Richard

        Dear Richard,

        the code got provided to me by another admin in the forum:

        .fp-slide{
        -webkit-transition-property: none !important;
        -moz-transition-property: none !important;
        -o-transition-property: none !important;
        transition-property: none !important;
        }

        It is the only custom css I am using on the site.

        I deleted the code and inserted it again and now it seems that it's even worse, you have to click twice almost every time to get to the next image.

        help is much appreciated.

        thank you, best
        max

            Dear @maxmanavi

            Sorry for the delay!
            Just to be sure - when you remove the code, does the Fullscreen operate as it should ( stock-standard ) ?

            ( sorry about the delay!... )

            Best
            Richard

              no worries.

              when I remove the code it appears to have the same problem actually. I really can't seem to figure out why.

              thank you for your help, best

                Dear Max @maxmanavi

                If you click patiently it works fine - its the time it takes for the next slide to switch over

                  thank you richard, you are right, now it's just a matter of teaching the users to use it slowly :)
