web site disappears !

Hi all !

I have a problem with my website. A blank page appears on the entire surface of my site. I tried uninstalling the plugins one by one, but no reaction. I tried to change the theme and I didn't have the blank page anymore.

So it must come from my laytheme theme

I read on the forum that we can uninstall and reinstall the theme but there is no risk of losing all of my pages that I made? or maybe there is an other solutions ?

Sorry to hear that this is happening
Lets not uninstall and reinstall the theme just yet :)

As some first steps:

Could you please post a link your website if possible

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date?

Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

And third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

License key not activated - (in website blank or button not available options)

A priori, everything is up to date. The license key is activated. I looked at your link and I don't have any of the issues mentioned.

It is quite restrictive for me because I therefore do not see where the problem is. if you could help me that would be great
