Webfonts work, but not in the Backend (lay editor)
-
Hi!
I have this issue on two different sites: After I published the demo site on its final URL everything works fine - except the webfonts don't show in the editors of LayTheme/LayGridder. I have this issue on one site with LayTheme and on one site with LayGridder.
Any idea why the webfonts don't show in the editors but on the front ends? I can send you login data if you want to have a look at it. Thanks!
EDIT: I just found out that there was a problem with ONE of the website with the text formats and that solved it THERE (the one with LayGridder). The LayTheme website keeps having this issue and there doest seem anything "obviously" wrong with the site...

Dear @thomasmaier
Thanks for the update
Some first steps of debugging if you will:- Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date?
- Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
- And third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
If these do not help:
Could you please send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?Sincerely

Is there an update on this issue? I have this also, mostly, when I move the website to a different location: Everything works, the frontend and backend show the webfont, just not the lay editor (where it is displayed in Times New Roman).

Dear Thomas
@thomasmaier
Everything works, the frontend and backend show the webfont"
This is good, however its hard to know without more context on your webfont issue. Can you provide screenshots or other setup info πAlso as per 10 months ago:

Talk soon Thomas & best wishes π
