Text not being displayed correctly

Hi there,
I got reported an error from a user of our website, he uses google chrome, instead of the text"BLO & JAW" his browser shows "BARE JAW" (and instead of Da Mental Vaporz, Because Mental Vaporz, pls. see pictures). I opened the page in different browsers and asked some other people to do the same, that bug seems to only occur in the browser of that one person. Anyone got an idea?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
