Different Horizontal Line Colors for Different Pages

Hi there! I'm trying to add different colors for my horizontal lines by inputting some custom CSS code. I followed the LayTheme tutorial link and tried a few other tricks to get what I want but nothing seems to work.
Can someone please help me get the correct code for achieving this? As of now, this is what I have written. I have also included the body tag for the page I'm trying to change at the moment.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
