Do have the option selected for Desktop but not for mobile is not possible at the moment.
However adding the Class "no-animation" to an element will prevent this. You could add some custom code that only on Mobile this comes into effect:

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
