Anchorscroll Speed Adjustable?

Hey Everyone,
I have a quick question. I recently discovered the Anchorscroll function and I am using it already on my portfolio Page -> www.henningramke.studio (click on »See my projects«)
The Animation tho seems too fast and I was wondering if it is possible to change the speed.

This is not possible i believe from built in options,but has something to do with the:
transition-delay: 100ms;CSS property that is attached to the Element you are scrolling to, you would need to add some Custom Code to alter this.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
